• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, role/title when you create an account.
• Customer & CRM Data: Contact lists, notes, attachments, appointments, task details, and other CRM data you add to the App.
• Device & Usage Data: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, mobile carrier, IP address, app usage analytics, crash reports, and performance data.
• Location (Optional): If you use location-based features (for example, check-in/check-out), we may collect approximate or precise device location only with your permission.
• Attachments & Media: Files, images, or documents you upload through the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate, maintain, and provide the App’s features.
• To manage your account, authenticate users, and provide customer support.
• To process and store CRM data and attachments that you upload.
• To analyze usage, diagnose technical issues, and improve the App.
